UFO-Multiple Lights in the sky above Medellin in Colombia - Feb 17, 2014

Jmhz71 captured an unidentified object with multiple bright lights hovering in the sky above Medellin in Colombia on February 17, 2014.

I wonder whether this object is a remote controlled object or a more advanced man-made or extraterrestrial object.

It seems that the multiple lights are connected to a structure. Any idea what it is?
