The Last Pope? A Look at the St. Malachy Prophecy

The Prophecy of the Popes, attributed to Saint Malachy, the 12th century bishop of Armagh in Ireland. According to the traditional account, in 1139, Malachy was summoned to Rome by Pope Innocent II. While in Rome, Malachy purportedly experienced a vision of future popes, which he recorded as a sequence of cryptic phrases. This manuscript was then deposited in the Roman Archive, and thereafter forgotten about until its rediscovery in 1590.

St. Malachy prophecy is a list of 112 short phrases in Latin. They purport to describe each of the Roman Catholic popes (along with a few anti-popes), beginning with Pope Celestine II (elected in 1143) and concluding with current pope Benedict XVI's successor, a pope described in the prophecy as "Peter the Roman", whose pontificate will end in the destruction of the city of Rome.

With the resignation of pope Benedict XVI at the end of this month (February 28, 2013), his successor “Peter the Roman”, will be the last pope, according to Saint Malachy.

The prophecy does not say that no popes will intervene between him and his predecessor designated Gloria olivæ. It merely says that he is to be the last, so that we may suppose as many popes as we please before "Peter the Roman".

Benedict XVI is currently pope during what will be the onset of World War III. Benedict XVI will die shortly after the beginning of World War III, after which Peter the Roman will then become the head of the Church during this apocalyptic war.

Many prophecy states that Rome will meet this fate at the hands of both the Russians and the Muslim 'Turkish/Iranian' forces that will invade most of the countries that border the Mediterranean Sea.

It is believed that Cardinal Peter Turkson is a good candidate and probably he will be the next and according the prophecy, the last pope.

Peter Turkson

The meaning of Turkson come may come from a craft. Names like Turkson originate from religious texts such as the Quran, the Bhagavadgītā, the Bible, and so on. In many cases these surnames relate to a religious expression such as "Favored of God".

  1. I don't even want to imagine what the next world war will be like.
Religion always seems to be in the middle of it.
Our world is becoming more unstable in so many different ways.
Each day I hope that these things don't come to pass.
    Is my hope in vain?

    Stay Safe

  2. It's very interesting when the St Malachy Prophecy states that Turkson could be the last Pope. What the last Pope means I'm not sure, a World War, breakdown of religion? Like the Mayan calendar, it was a cycle and the list ended, like this could be end of another list and others will be in power just not listed. It's certainly interesting!

TTSA: Fear Mongering or is UFO Secrecy Crumbling?

Secrecy on UFOs has been with us for a lifetime. At times it has seemed like it would last forever.

For the past few years, however, the media has treated the subject rather differently and since late 2017 ufology has been in a fevered state with new revelations, new media coverage, and a much enhanced "brand" overall.

Nearly all of this is due to To the Stars Academy (TTSA). TTSA's recent TV show, Unidentified, portrayed several military encounters with UFOs, and more than once - many times, in fact - used the word "threat" in connection to these encounters.

We have to believe TTSA that there is a “threat” or is this just fear mongering and if so, what might the agenda be?

Or, is there any legitimacy to considering UFOs as at least a potential threat or are we on a path toward some sort of disclosure? If so, is it something complete, partial, or even false, as some argue?
