Something unexpected is happening on the sun 2013

Something unexpected is happening on the sun.

2013 is supposed to be the year of Solar Max, the peak of the 11-year sunspot cycle. Yet 2013 has arrived and solar activity is relatively low. Sunspot numbers are well below their values in 2011, and strong solar flares have been infrequent for many months.

The quiet has led some observers to wonder if forecasters missed the mark. Solar physicist Dean Pesnell of the Goddard Space Flight Center has a different explanation: "This is solar maximum," he suggests. "But it looks different from what we expected because it is double peaked."

Conventional wisdom holds that solar activity swings back and forth like a simple pendulum. At one end of the cycle, there is a quiet time with few sunspots and flares. At the other end, Solar Max brings high sunspot numbers and solar storms. It’s a regular rhythm that repeats every 11 years.

Reality, however, is more complicated. Astronomers have been counting sunspots for centuries, and they have seen that the solar cycle is not perfectly regular. For one thing, the back-and-forth swing in sunspot counts can take anywhere from 10 to 13 years to complete; also, the amplitude of the cycle varies. Some solar maxima are very weak, others very strong.

Another curiosity of the solar cycle is that the sun's hemispheres do not always peak at the same time. In the current cycle, the south has been lagging behind the north. The second peak, if it occurs, will likely feature the southern hemisphere playing catch-up, with a surge in activity south of the sun's equator.

Given the tepid state of solar activity in Feb. 2013, a maximum in May now seems unlikely.

"We may be seeing what happens when you predict a single amplitude and the Sun responds with a double peak," comments Pesnell.

Incidentally, Pesnell notes a similarity between Solar Cycle 24, underway now, and Solar Cycle 14, which had a double-peak during the first decade of the 20th century. If the two cycles are in fact twins, “it would mean one peak in late 2013 and another in 2015.”

No one knows for sure what the sun will do next. It seems likely, though, that the end of 2013 could be a lot livelier than the beginning. Source: science.nasa.gov

  1. I do Not trust this report Or its conclusions AT ALL.

I have my Own notions as to why the unusual activity at the sun for the last 15-ish years, and will continue for another 15+ yet.
It has to do with Large unidentified objects seen near the sun.

    Be well.

Unknown craft caught exiting sub-glacial launch facility in Antarctica

A new discovery in Antarctica. According to Florida Marquis, Google Earth shows a craft that takes off from a secret sub-glacial launch facility in Antarctica.

It is remarkable that the 2019 imagery layer shows the area completely covered with snow. The location that can be seen in the imagery layer of 2010 has been vanished!

Stunning restored authentic footage shows German Flying Discs!

Jeff Rense posted two amazing short clips of German flying saucers restored from old film. the footage also included are many photographs of German flying saucers from the 30s and 40s!

The first clip at the beginning shows a German flying saucer flying over a field while the second clip starts at the 5:30 mark in the video and is labeled “Haunebu Test Flight – Nazi Germany 1939!

This ties in with all the whistleblowers who claim Germany did have antigravity working in the 30s and went on to have bases on the Moon and Mars in the 30s and 40s and created a breakaway civilization. Read full story on German Secret Space Program at UFOcasebook.

Mysterious Humanoid Figure on Air Vehicle appears above Teotihuacan Pyramid of the Moon, New Mexico

Teotihuacan is a vast Mexican archaeological complex northeast of Mexico City. Running down the middle of the site, which was once a flourishing pre-Columbian city, is the Avenue of the Dead. It links the Temple of Quetzalcoatl, the Pyramid of the Moon and the Pyramid of the Sun.

Ancient Teotihucan is surrounded in mysteries. The population with over 150,000 inhabitants vanished without a trace. Teotihuacan‘s layout resembles a computer circuit board with two large processor chips (the Sun Pyramid and the Moon Pyramid) and archaeologists have discovered hundreds of mysterious, metallic spheres buried deep beneath one of the ancient pyramids.

And now a tourist while visiting Teotihuacan on August 28, 2019 captured a very strange object in the sky above the Pyramid of the Moon.

The object can best be described as a humanoid figure sitting on an air vehicle. (the humanoid's position is the same as someone who drives a water scooter).

Huge Unknown Object Crashes Into The North Side Of The Moon Captured Live

On September 9, 2019 Sky-watcher BruceSeesAll captured a huge unknown space object at the moment it crashes onto the Moons' surface.

Bruce states: "Something huge crashed onto the North Side of the moon... Three explosions after impact and it was smoking on the way down to the moon travelling at high speeds."
